Customer Service Apprenticeship
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: Full-time
Driving Licence: Preferred
Pay: £8 per hour
Location: Tangmere, West Sussex
The Role
We are looking for a friendly, organised and confident Customer Services Apprentice to support a busy team with a mixture of client communication, appointment coordination and general administration.
The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and by email, managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Conducting regular client check-ins and building positive relationships
- Managing a shared inbox and responding to enquiries
- Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting clients with queries
- Booking, scheduling and rearranging client appointments
- Arranging transport for clients where required
- Requesting patient summaries, care plans and other relevant documentation
- Uploading and maintaining accurate client data and records
- Preparing and sending monthly client update letters
- Ordering items for clients where required
- Sorting daily post, scanning, filing and maintaining records
- Liaising with other departments to obtain information and support client needs
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident when dealing with clients
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing telephone and email enquiries
- Good general administrative and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A full UK driving licence would be preferred
