Role: Marketing Insights Analyst
Location: Burgess Hill, Hybrid - minimum 2 days per week on site
Hours: Full-time
Contract: 10 months, Inside IR35 - until end of August 2027
Pay: £220 - £250 per day PAYE basic or £291.36 - £331.10 per day Umbrella
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Insights Analyst to join one of our longstanding clients, a global healthcare organisation based in Burgess Hill.
Working within a team of six, you'll turn market, customer and business data into clear, actionable insights that help shape commercial and marketing decisions across the UK & Ireland.

The Requirements:
- Around 3 years' experience within a data, insights, analytics or similar role
- Strong ability to translate data into meaningful, actionable insights
- Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools
- Tableau and Alteryx experience preferred
- Strong analytical and questioning mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Market research or customer insights experience advantageous
- Healthcare experience is not essential
The Role:
- Analyse market, customer and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities
- Produce market size and market share reporting
- Support UK & Ireland Customer Experience strategy and measurement
- Analyse and visualise customer feedback
- Carry out quantitative and qualitative market research
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Support SWOT, PESTLE and wider business planning
- Use data to support targeted marketing and sales activity
- Work closely with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and wider global teams
