This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced venue or events professional to oversee operations, lead a team, and drive the commercial success of a high-profile venue environment.

The Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing events, venues, or similar operations
- At least 3 years' experience leading and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of venue operations, licensing, and event management
- Experience managing budgets and commercial performance
- Confident IT user including Microsoft Office and shared file systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
The Role:
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations including events, customer experience, safety, and compliance
- Lead and manage the venue team, ensuring clear communication and collaborative working
- Drive commercial performance and support new business opportunities
- Manage contractors and service providers including security, production, welfare, and cleaning teams
- Monitor event performance and implement improvements to maximise efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and industry regulations
