This role is primarily focused on the day-to-day scheduling and coordination of service resources, with additional support across capacity planning, inventory management and longer-term demand planning. The position requires a hands-on and organised approach, with strong attention to detail, accurate system updates and confident communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
