Pay: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Portfolio & Operations Coordinator to join one of our longstanding clients, an established property business based in Brighton.
This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management of a residential and commercial property portfolio. You will coordinate maintenance, compliance, tenant enquiries and contractor activities while ensuring accurate records and smooth office operations.

The Requirements:
Previous experience in property administration, facilities coordination or property operations
Experience dealing with tenants, managing agents and contractors
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Understanding of property maintenance, compliance and lease administration
Experience reviewing invoices, quotations and financial records
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, dependable and comfortable working independently
Experience with mixed residential and commercial portfolios would be advantageous
The Role:
Coordinate the day-to-day administration of a property portfolio
Maintain accurate property records, compliance registers and key dates
Liaise with tenants, managing agents, contractors and professional advisers
Arrange maintenance, repairs, inspections and contractor visits
