This is not a stereotypical Procurement role. Someone who drives revenue performance and is strategic about the procurement process. We have grown a family business into an industry leading company, but we are far from corporate. Revenue Performance: Ensure the best revenue performance by procuring the most engaging products. Seasonal Strategy: Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with seasonal trends and consumer demand. Procurement: Product Selection: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best prices and quality. Company-wide responsibility for procurement 3. Inventory Control: Oversee the selection and distribution of stock to field service engineers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Performance Tracking: Use data to track and understand the performance of machines. Reporting: Generate reports that provide insights into machine performance and stock management efficiency. Continuously seek ways to improve procurement and stock management processes. Skills & Qualifications: Data Proficiency: Comfortable working with data and generating reports. Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions. Procurement Experience: Previous experience in procurement and stock management. This role is ideal for an individual who is not only comfortable with data and reporting but also brings an energetic and team-oriented approach to their work. The successful candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset, always looking for ways to enhance performance and efficiency. 30pm Remuneration Base Salary £40,000 - £45,000 Substantial Performance Bonus can be achieved with agreed targets.
