We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multitrader/Plasterer to join our dynamic construction team in East & South West London areas. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and finishing tasks on social housing projects including plastering, masonry, carpentry, roofing, and other trades essential to construction and renovation projects.
Duties
- Perform plastering and stucco application with precision to achieve smooth, durable finishes on walls and ceilings.
- Skim, float, patch, render combined with secondary trades (painting, basic plumbing/carpentry).
- Patch repairs, preparing surfaces, void property refurbishment, making good after other trades.
- Install rebar and metal stud framing to prepare structures for concrete pouring or drywall installation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently across multiple trades.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site environments with a focus on multiple trades such as plastering, masonry, carpentry, or roofing.
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Skilled in concrete forming, finishing techniques, rebar installation, stucco application, and tile laying.
- Familiarity with renovation projects including restoration work and structural modifications.
- Experience working with schematics for systems like metal stud framing or welding setups is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site challenges.

- CSCS preferred, but not mandatory
- Asbestos awareness certificate
- DBS certificate
- Own transport is mandatory
