Clearfield requires an experienced site manager in Brighton, East Sussex, working for a family-run contractor with experience in facade projects.

The project will run from initial site setup, a full facade replacement, through to completion and handover. Currently, the facade includes zinc cladding, brickwork, and render, which will require full replacement by specialist subcontractors.

Support on the project will come from a roaming project manager, a dedicated quantity surveyor, and a visiting in-house quality manager.

This is a permanent position, and experience working on new build schemes would be advantageous.

The role will initially be based on a project in Brighton, with future projects likely in Surrey and London.
