Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to make a real impact on high-quality residential developments? Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing design & build residential contractor based in Uxbridge, is seeking a proactive and detail-driven QS to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on new build and refurbishment projects ranging from bespoke homes to multi-unit developments. You\’ll be involved from tender through to final account, working closely with the commercial and site teams to ensure financial control and value for money across all stages. Key Responsibilities: * Manage all costs relating to residential construction projects * Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities * Conduct cost analysis and risk assessments * Manage subcontractor procurement and payments * Provide regular financial reports and cost forecasts * Liaise with project managers, architects, and contractors What We\’re Looking For: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction * Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle * Experience with both pre- and post-contract duties * Excellent negotiation, communication, and financial skills * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar (preferred) * UK driving licence What’s On Offer: * Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses * Clear career progression within a growing business * Supportive team culture with hands-on leadership * Opportunity to work on varied and impactful residential projects
