Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Groundworks or Civil Engineering
- Strong understanding of cost control and commercial management
- Experience managing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Full UK driving licence
