Clearfield Recruitment are proud to be working on behalf of a truly unique client in Central London, a distinguished residential architectural, build and interiors practice delivering exceptional high-end home renovations.
With an in-house team of RIBA architects, interior designers, and artisan builders, they offer a seamless turnkey service from initial concept through to final completion. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
The Role: You will play a vital role in ensuring the financial and commercial success of each project. Your duties will include:
- Preparing accurate cost plans, estimates, and budgets
- Undertaking quantification of materials, cost analysis, and value engineering
- Procurement of materials and subcontractor packages
- Supporting project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice
- Representing the company in a client-facing capacity, ensuring trust and transparency
- Involvement in project management as the role develops
What We’re Looking For:
- A background in high-end residential construction is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience in cost planning, estimating, and procurement
- Highly accurate and detail-focused with strong commercial acumen
- Professional and polished with excellent client-facing skills
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow and evolve within a close-knit, design-led team
