We are currently seeking an experienced Heat Pump Engineer to join our clients growing team based in Norwich.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience in the servicing and maintenance of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) and Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) across Norfolk.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs on a variety of domestic and commercial heat pump systems, ensuring customers receive the highest standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service and maintain ASHP and GSHP systems across Norfolk.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service whilst on-site.
  • Accurately complete service reports and documentation.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating
  • G3 Unvented Hot Water
  • Must Have F GAS
  • BPEC
  • Experience working with Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
