Are you an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor looking to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic and growing consultancy? Flux Consulting have partnered with a leading name in the construction and project management sector. We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveying professional to join the team. This role offers variety, growth, and the chance to work on exciting projects. The duties of this position will include; * Provide accurate cost management and project valuation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works. * Prepare and manage cost plans, tender documents, and contract administration. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. * Provide regular financial progress updates and advise clients on cost implications. * Negotiate with contractors and suppliers, ensuring value for money and quality.
