We are seeking skilled Electricians and Improvers with strong experience in electrical containment systems. The role involves the installation of cable containment such as tray, trunking, basket, and conduit on large commercial and/or industrial projects. The ideal teams will work safely, accurately, and efficiently to high industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install electrical containment systems including:
- Cable tray, basket, and ladder
- Trunking (metal 25mm)
- Conduit (EMT, rigid, PVC)
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in electrical containment installation
- Strong knowledge of containment systems and fixings
- Ability to work from drawings and specifications
- Competent in the use of hand and power tools
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Qualifications & Requirements
- Recognised electrical qualification
- ECS / JIB / CSCS card
- IPAF is essential
- Knowledge of current electrical regulations
- Full PPE and own tools
Working Environment
- Commercial construction site
- Working at height
- Long term project through to June '26 and beyond.
