We are seeking physically fit and reliable CSCS Skilled Labourers for an upcoming industrial project focused on the large-scale dismantling and decommissioning of warehouse racking systems in Manchester area. This role requires efficiency, a strong focus on site safety, and the ability to work effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- System Dismantling: Safely stripping down industrial pallet racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures using hand and power tools (impact drivers, wrenches, etc.).
- Material Handling: Sorting, stacking, and bundling dismantled components (uprights, beams, and bracing) for transport or recycling.
- Site Safety: Following strict RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) to ensure the safety of yourself and others in a high-activity industrial environment.
- Waste Management: Clearing debris and ensuring the work area remains organized and free of hazards.
- Assistance: Supporting specialist installers and site supervisors with general laboring tasks as required.
