We are seeking an experienced and reliable Multi-Trade Installer to join our team for a project focused on refurbishing and installing wet rooms within local care homes and domestic properties across the Reading area. Because this work takes place in sensitive environments (such as care homes), we require a high standard of finish, absolute professionalism, and a respectful attitude toward residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full refurbishment and installation of wet rooms from start to finish.
  • Executing high-quality plumbing work (installing trays, wastes, showers, and sanitary ware).
  • Laying vinyl flooring (including cap and cove where required).
  • General multi-trade duties as required to complete the project (e.g., tiling, patch plastering, carpentry).

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS Card (Required).
  • Own Tools (Must be fully equipped for all aspects of the trade).
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in wet room installations, specifically strong competency in plumbing and vinyl flooring.
  • Transport: Full UK driving licence and own reliable transport.
  • Attributes: Punctual, neat, and comfortable working in occupied care home environments.
