We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on active strip-out/decommissioning project. The successful candidate will coordinate workers and subcontractors, ensure project stays on schedule, maintain health and safety standards, and report progress to project manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily decommissioning and strip-out activities on-site
  • Coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and deliveries
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
  • Monitor project timelines and report progress
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce health & safety regulations
  • Resolve on-site issues and communicate with project stakeholders

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Full driving licence preferred
