Site Manager Required - Warehouse Refurbishment - Winchester
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Winchester, commencing next week.
Project Details
- Location: Winchester
- Project Value: 500,000
- Start Date: Immediate / Next Week
- Duration: 8 - 12 weeks
Scope of Works
The refurbishment will include:
- Warehouse strip-out and enabling works
- Internal painting and decorating
- Flooring installation
- Suspended ceiling works
- Installation of temporary fixtures and fittings
- Coordination of subcontractors and site activities
- Health & Safety management and compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid at Work
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and site documentation
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day site management
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Client and stakeholder liaison
- Maintaining programme and quality standardsSite reporting and record keeping
- Must have fit out experience - Warehouse fit preferable
