Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team. In this role, you will play a key part in the day-to-day handling, storage, and movement of materials. You will assist with order fulfilment, stock management, and general warehouse duties, ensuring all operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Verifying and checking incoming shipments for accuracy
- Storing goods safely and in line with Health & Safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pump trucks and forklifts
- General warehouse duties including tidying, stock rotation, and assisting colleagues as needed
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance (C/B) forklift licence
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or forklift-driving experience (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to follow Health & Safety procedures and work responsibly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to working hours
