We are currently recruiting a team of three reliable, proactive Skilled Labourers for a massive, fast-paced industrial warehouse project in Brogborough starting tomorrow 12th June. This is a major commercial development, and we need operatives who are adaptable, hands-on, and ready to take on a variety of tasks across the site.
The Role: This is a dynamic role that goes beyond basic site tidying. You will be supporting various trade teams and site managers, meaning your daily tasks will change depending on project needs.
Duties will include:
- Material Movement: Offloading deliveries, organizing, and safely distributing heavy materials and components across a massive warehouse footprint.
- Assisting Trades: Working directly with mechanical, electrical, or structural teams—using basic hand and power tools if required to assist with installations.
- Site Adaptability: Tackling a wide range of tasks, from erecting temporary protection to assisting with minor fixes and assembly work.
- Safety Compliance: Maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment around high-value industrial equipment and walkways.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card (Mandatory).
- Proven Experience: Background working on large-scale industrial projects, warehouse fit-outs, or commercial builds.
