Who We Are
Clearer HealthTech (formerly Theia Bio) is a health technology startup dedicated to improving people's health and wellness with the best nutraceutical products and digital health technologies.
The company started out in 2022 with a research-backed eye health supplement. Over the past two years, it grew 260% YoY and was featured in national and international media. This year, Clearer will refresh its branding, expand its product offerings, and scale up marketing and distribution. Over the next 5-10 years, it will become an innovative and world-leading health and wellness brand.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced e-commerce professional to take over the majority of the operational responsibilities from the founder, who will then focus on fundraising, strategy, and product development. You will be the first full-time employee, and you will do exciting, creative, and independent work and grow with the company. You will also be generously compensated.
What You Will Do
- manage marketing and coordinate external agencies: paid media, email, Amazon
- contribute to creative strategy and manage content production
- manage and optimise the Shopify website and help to build landing pages
- respond to customer inquiries
- report and analyse performance and financial data and manage inventory
- liaise with suppliers and contractors

Skills & Experience
- At least 2 years of e-commerce brand or agency experience (preferred background: marketing, growth, and operations)
- Experience with health and wellness/beauty brands
- Early-stage startup experience (desirable)
- Very strong performance marketing and creative strategy skills: Meta (essential), Google (essential), TikTok (desirable)
- E-commerce platform and website experience: Shopify (essential), Amazon (desirable), landing page building (desirable)
- Experience with email marketing: Klaviyo (desirable)
- Familiarity with social media management and content creation: content strategy and management, influencer and creator management
- Design skills: Figma (preferred)/Canva, Adobe software (desirable), video editing (desirable)
- Understanding of SEO (desirable)
- Product and inventory management (desirable)
- KPI and data reporting and analytics
- Understanding of financial reporting, managerial accounting, and corporate finance (desirable)
