We are hiring a Full-time Business Development Manager based in Manchester. In this role you will generate and qualify leads, conduct sales presentations, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other international sales channels.
  • Conduct sales presentations and meetings, showcasing Clearcut’s solutions to potential global clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, providing ongoing support and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new international clients.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, minimum 2 years experience.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort handling high call volumes and diverse client inquiries.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience building rapport with clients across different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills for managing an international sales pipeline.
