What you'll be doing:
- Own the product roadmap and shape strategy in partnership with the MD
- Lead customer discovery and turn insight into shipped improvements that matter
- Line manage a small team - conduct regular one-to-ones, performance reviews, and day-to-day guidance to support their development
- Work hand-in-hand with engineering to deliver high-quality releases
- Lead on pricing, packaging and go-to-market decisions for new features
- Be the credible product voice with customers, in sales conversations and internally
