Backed by significant investment, we’re embarking on a company-wide Go-to-Market transformation—scaling our commercial capabilities, accelerating customer acquisition, and boosting recurring revenue.
We’re looking for an experienced Programme Manager with a track record in delivering large-scale GTM or commercial transformations in the software/SaaS space. This is a high-visibility role, working directly with the CEO and senior leadership to drive multi-workstream initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
What You’ll Do
- Own and deliver the GTM transformation roadmap from planning to execution.
- Lead multi-function initiatives including demand generation, pricing strategy, sales enablement, automation tooling, and customer engagement programmes.
- Establish governance frameworks, track KPIs, and ensure board-level visibility.
- Influence C-level stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Manage interdependencies, risks, and change impacts across the programme.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years’ programme management, strategy consulting, or GTM operations in SaaS/software.
- Proven experience delivering commercial transformations in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of GTM disciplines & SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV).
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-level gravitas.
- Experience with SaaS tools like Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight.
- Professional certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, Prosci) a plus.
