As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of projects across our Swan and The EPOS Bureau products, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Project Leadership and Coordination: Own the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Lead client meetings, establish communication channels, and manage expectations. Coordinate with stakeholders across Product, Development, Implementation, and Training teams to plan and deliver projects. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly and escalating where necessary.
- Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Translate customer requirements into actionable plans, ensuring internal alignment. Manage stakeholder relationships, providing consistent updates and managing expectations.
- Project Planning and Execution: Create and maintain detailed project plans using project management tools. Ensure effective allocation and booking of resources to meet project milestones. Track project performance using appropriate metrics and tools. Oversee the delivery of tasks, ensuring scheduling and coordination for the project team.
- Reporting and Process Improvement: Produce regular status and risk reports for key stakeholders. Submit detailed project status updates to customers and internal teams. Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering full lifecycle projects.
- Project management experience with project planning tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing client relationships and working with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or software implementation environments is advantageous.
Nice to Have:
- PRINCE2 certification or similar.
- Experience in software training, support, or implementation.
- Familiarity with financial and operational processes within project environments.
