ClearCourse is a fast-growing SaaS and payments group, and we’re expanding our Finance team with a newly created FP&A Analyst role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-growth business and play a key part in delivering insight and reporting to senior leadership and the Board.
You’ll work closely with the Finance Business Partnering team, producing high-quality analysis, building models, and supporting budgeting and forecasting across the group.
What you’ll do:
- Produce and review key financial and business reports
- Deliver in-depth analysis of performance, trends, and outcomes
- Analyse margins, customer churn, KPIs, and commercial metrics
- Build and enhance financial models and KPI databases
- Identify opportunities to automate and improve reporting and modelling
- Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles
- Attend forecasting meetings and prepare Board-level analysis
- Calculate and report Group sales commission accurately
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in a commercial finance or FP&A role
- Qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modelling skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Confident communicator, able to explain complex data clearly
- Comfortable working independently to tight deadlines
- Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems (desirable)
- Experience with tools such as Planful or Power BI (desirable)
