Giftpro is a leading hospitality gift voucher platform, powering beautifully branded gifting experiences for some of the UK’s best-known hospitality brands. Following our move to Waterlooville, we’re growing our operations team and are looking for a Fulfilment Operations Supervisor to take ownership of our physical voucher fulfilment operation. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our customer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Run the daily physical fulfilment operation for printed gift vouchers
- Work hands-on while supervising workflow and priorities
- Line manage one permanent team member and oversee temporary staff during peak periods
- Monitor stock levels and carry out regular stock checks and stock takes
- Liaise with print and fulfilment suppliers, escalating issues when needed
- Support operational reporting and peak readiness
- Maintain a safe, organised, and efficient fulfilment workspace
