This is a hybrid, full-time role working 37.5 hours per week.
You will have the opportunity to work 3 days per week from home and 2 days in our Telford office close to the town centre and train station.
Our office hours are 9am-5.30pm.

We specialize in systems for Trade Unions, Professional Institutions, Sporting Bodies, and Charities ranging from 1,000 to 1.5 million members.
We are part of a bigger company Clear Course, which has offices all around the UK and globally.
This role will consist of but not be limited to the following duties: Requirements Dealing with members enquiries and requests Handling inbound calls, responding to emails, processing payments and updating member records Assisting with incoming post and despatch of member correspondence Assisting with a telephone campaign, relating to members renewals. 25+ calls per hour - creating a personable and engaging experience Leaving voicemails for anyone who have not answered Updating held contact numbers, addresses, email details and noting of any invalid number (escalating to supervisor) Training in our Telford office Hybrid 2 days per week in office Benefits The ideal person for this role will be: Highly detail orientated Personable and comfortable over the phone Excellent communication skills Previous experience using Excel Previous experience in taking card payments over the phone.
