We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join our Operations team at ClearCourse. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of operational processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the business.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Operations team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
- Coordinate and maintain operational records and reports.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Assist with process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency initiatives.
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers and partners as required.
- Monitor and track key operational KPIs and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Manage correspondence and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the wider business.
- Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable with database management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in technology, software, or payment industries is advantageous but not essential.
