ClearCourse Health is growing fast and we are hiring ambitious sales professionals to help us win new logos across the UK healthcare market.

Our healthcare platforms including TM3 and e-clinic power thousands of private healthcare providers across physiotherapy, MSK, aesthetics, mental health, primary care and private hospitals. The Role
You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition across our core healthcare platforms. This is a true new business role, focused on identifying, qualifying and converting new logo opportunities. You will work closely with senior sales leaders to:
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Understand clinical and operational challenges
- Position TM3 and e-clinic as strategic solutions
- Support demos, proposals and deal progression
- Represent ClearCourse Health at industry events
You will develop deep knowledge of our products and healthcare verticals while progressing toward full BDM ownership of deals.
What You Will Bring
- Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets (software or tech preferred)
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Confidence engaging with clinical, operational and commercial stakeholders
- CRM experience and structured sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organised and commercially driven
- Healthcare experience is a plus but not essential.
