Join Rezcontrol and help hotels get even more from their technology. At ClearCourse, we're building market‑leading software businesses that help organisations work smarter, serve customers better and grow faster. Rezcontrol is one of the UK’s leading property management systems for independent hotels and hotel groups, helping hospitality businesses manage reservations, front‑of‑house operations, reporting, payments and guest experiences from a single platform.

We're looking for a commercially minded Account Executive to join the Rezcontrol team. This isn't a cold new business role. Instead, you'll work closely with our Onboarding and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities within our existing customer base, helping hotels maximise the value of their investment while growing recurring revenue. You’ll become a trusted adviser to customers, introducing additional Rezcontrol modules, integrations and complementary ClearCourse hospitality solutions such as TISSL POS and Giftpro. If you enjoy building relationships, demonstrating software and helping customers solve real business challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop strong relationships with existing Rezcontrol customers and identify opportunities to expand their use of the platform.
  • Demonstrate the value of additional modules, features and integrations, helping customers improve operational efficiency and commercial performance.
  • Introduce complementary hospitality solutions across the ClearCourse portfolio, including TISSL POS and Giftpro where appropriate.
  • Manage opportunities from initial conversation through to proposal and close, maintaining momentum throughout the sales process.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM, ensuring all activity and opportunities are up to date.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations remotely and occasionally on‑site.
  • Work closely with the Onboarding and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer experience and maximise commercial opportunities.
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Commercial teams to help shape future development.
  • Support wider commercial activities, including assisting with new business sales when required.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly revenue and activity targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a sales, account management or customer success role within a SaaS or software business.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right solution.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and working towards revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable managing multiple opportunities at once.
  • Experience within hospitality technology, hotel software or property management systems would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid and flexible working options.
  • Private medical cover.
  • Health cash plan.
  • Life assurance.
  • Access to the Calm wellbeing app.
  • Perkbox employee benefits platform.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Volunteering days.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Ongoing learning, development, and career progression across the ClearCourse Group.
