Join our team this Christmas and help us make the festive season extra special! We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Fulfilment & Print Assistant to join our in-house fulfilment team in Waterlooville for the busy Christmas period. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are printed, picked, packed, and dispatched perfectly — helping gifts arrive on time and keeping the Christmas magic alive.

The Role

  • Pick and pack customer orders quickly and accurately
  • Print customer orders via computers and Versant 280 press
  • Handle physical stock items such as bottles of Champagne and gift vouchers
  • Pack items into beautiful, branded boxes and envelopes ready for dispatch
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, accuracy, and organisation
  • Work as part of a small, supportive team to meet daily deadlines
  • Keep work areas tidy and follow safe working practices

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, organised, and quality-focused
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Previous fulfilment or warehouse experience is a bonus but not essential
  • Must be 18 or over (due to handling alcohol)

Hours & Availability

This temporary role runs from now until Friday 8th January 2027. Our busiest days are Mondays so a preference for you to be available on this day. This role is full time during this period with a potential to become permanent.
