  3. Lead & Mentor: Guide junior engineers, coordinate equipment procurement, and provide technical leadership from concept to site commissioning.
  4. Deliver Excellence: Balance precision with pace, ensuring designs meet AS/IEC standards and utility requirements while hitting project milestones.
