- Solve Complex Challenges: Develop tripping/logic diagrams, configure IEC 61850-compliant networks, and oversee CT/VT sizing to ensure grid resilience.
- Lead & Mentor: Guide junior engineers, coordinate equipment procurement, and provide technical leadership from concept to site commissioning.
- Deliver Excellence: Balance precision with pace, ensuring designs meet AS/IEC standards and utility requirements while hitting project milestones.
