We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Manager to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in building maintenance and/or construction who enjoys leading from the front, coordinating jobs, and supporting a small team to deliver high-quality work.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of maintenance and small construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will supervise a small team of tradespeople, keep projects on track, and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects across various sites
- Plan schedules, labour, and materials to ensure efficient delivery
- Supervise and support a team of multi-skilled tradespeople
