About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality services, managing teams, and ensuring strong client relationships, while maintaining compliance with health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple sites
- Ensure cleaning services meet client specifications and company standards
- Conduct regular audits and implement improvements
- Lead, recruit, and develop cleaning teams
- Manage staff performance, attendance, and scheduling
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, resolving issues promptly
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Monitor service delivery using systems (e.g. Timegate)
- Support operational delivery, including hands-on cleaning where required
About You - Essential:
- Experience in contracts management or supervisory roles within cleaning or FM
- Proven experience managing multi-site teams
