As the Specialist Cleaning Team Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all cleaning work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a team of specialist cleaners across multiple client sites.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily cleaning operations and projects.

- Liaise with clients to maintain strong working relationships and respond to queries promptly.
- Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks when required, particularly for complex or urgent projects.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained and available.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, or facilities management.
- Prior supervisory or management experience preferably within cleaning operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Dynamic, flexible, and hands-on approach with a strong can-do attitude.
- Confident managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practices.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- IPAF and CSCS card is advantageous.
