Multi Skilled Joiner / Carpenter in Leeds

We are seeking a flexible skilled Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and be proficient in using various power tools to fabricate and assemble components for construction projects. This role requires physical stamina for heavy lifting and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including roofs, doors and windows.
• Use power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Perform joinery tasks with precision, ensuring high-quality finishes.
• Carry out heavy lifting as required during the construction process.
• Assist in painting and finishing work to enhance the appearance of completed projects.
• Travel to different sites across Yorkshire
• Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and masons, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience in joinery or carpentry is essential.
• Familiarity with electrical work is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Experience in masonry is a plus, enhancing versatility on site.
• Ability to operate various power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Must hold clean UK driving licence
• IPAF / CSCS would be advantageous
