We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Rawdon, LS19. Details of the role are as follows:
Monday to Thursday shift is 4pm - 8pm and Friday is 3.30pm - 7pm totalling 19.5hrs per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy and presentable. This role requires effective communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to drive to different locations as needed.
Responsibilities- Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Ensure all contractual cleaning hours are delivered to the client.
- Ensure all surfaces are dusted, mopped, vacuumed, and sanitised as required.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately while adhering to recycling guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant personnel.
- Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times while performing cleaning tasks.
- Proficiency in English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to drive is advantageous for reaching various locations efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as required by the business needs.
