Position Overview
Reporting to the CEO, you will support the CEO and CFO, and their senior leadership teams to ensure that their divisions run effectively and smoothly, working on a wide range of activities and projects from diary management, drafting emails and documents, travel arrangements and event organising. The role requires working in person at the London office once or twice a week, the rest of the week being remote.
Your Role Includes
- Provide support to the CEO and CFO, plus additional members of their senior leadership team.
- Diary management, drafting emails and managing inbox, organising offsites, business and team lunches, drafting documents, ensuring quarterly meetings and half year/full year reviews are scheduled in advance.
- Working closely with ClearBank’s PA/EA and Executive group to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Supporting Board Days, internal workshops/meetings, and client meetings.
- Expenses management for the CRO and CCO and their senior team.
- Travel arrangements and work‑related bookings.
This is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract position.
