We’re here to challenge the status quo in banking, are you?

What you can expect: We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank. If that excites you, how about joining our Channels and Alliances Team, reporting to our Head of Strategic Alliances? You’ll have exposure to and responsibilities in a fast‑growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

About the role: This would suit a junior professional or someone who is early in their career and motivated to learn, take on new challenges and build a long-term career with us. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow into a high-performing partnerships professional. This role sits at the centre of partner execution. You will work across sales, product, marketing, and legal to onboard partners, support live relationships, and maintain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities.

This is a chance to play a key role in scaling alliances, with a focus on building strong foundations, identifying high-value partnerships, contributing to joint go-to-market activity, and supporting revenue growth through the alliance channel.

Detailed responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact and manage all new partnership requests. Qualify opportunities based on strategic fit and commercial value as well as proactively identify and engage new partners aligned to priority segments.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new alliance partners. Coordinate across internal teams to deliver contracts, integrations and launch readiness. Ensure that each partnership has a clear joint value proposition and defined objectives as a foundation for success.
  • Act as a key contact point for alliances internally and externally. Record and share meeting notes and actions. Maintain accurate partner task trackers and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and track partner-driven opportunities. Support reporting on partner performance, activity and contribution to revenue. Use this data to highlight risks, gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of partnership documentation, including alliance GTM materials, contract records, renewals and integration agreements.
  • Act as the primary contact for alliance API integrations. Maintain documentation that reflects partner capabilities. Ensure required updates are completed on time and communicate new product developments to technology partners.
  • Support a portfolio of alliance partners as a relationship owner. Build strong working relationships and track delivery against growth and marketing objectives.
Experience we are looking for:
  • An ability to build relationships quickly and communicate clearly.
  • You stay organised and follow through on actions.
  • Curiosity and taking ownership of your learning.
  • Being comfortable working with data and using it to make informed decisions.
  • Cross-functional, able to work well across teams and adapt to a fast-moving environment.
Expected behaviours:
  • Build Trust Together: Be proactive in identifying and solving issues; take accountability for quality; work collaboratively; make informed decisions and ask questions while learning quickly; raise and resolve issues promptly and appropriately.
  • Care like we mean it: Challenge respectfully; give and receive feedback with good intent; show understanding and care for colleagues while balancing employee advocacy with business needs; contribute to an inclusive and welcoming environment.
  • Grow with the challenge: Manage multiple priorities; be adaptable and resilient across teams; develop personally and professionally to help the organisation move forward; aim for customer impact while recognising when “good enough” is acceptable.
  • Succeed as one: Prioritise collective goals; seek diverse perspectives; collaborate beyond personal agendas; disagree constructively and commit once decisions are made.
