ClearBank is seeking a Director of Product - Cards to own the strategic vision, roadmap and execution for our cards product offering. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and drive the end-to-end lifecycle—from ideation to enhancements—and collaborate with partners to deliver market-leading card solutions.

You will lead a cards team and work across commercial, risk, finance, and operations to ensure robust performance, pricing models, and PCI compliance.
