- Executive & Stakeholder Support
- Working with senior stakeholders across the business, including members of the Executive Team and C-suite

- Helping maintain key communication channels including the intranet and Viva Engage
- Supporting company-wide communications including town halls, business updates, product launches and strategic announcements
- Ensuring consistency between internal and external messaging
- Broader Coordination & Delivery
- Coordinating awards submissions, speaker opportunities and industry surveys
- Supporting communications activity across existing and future international markets, particularly Europe
- Tracking media coverage and communications performance, reporting against agreed KPIs
- Ensuring external communications opportunities are shared across the wider marketing function for amplification and reuse
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years' experience in PR, communications or external affairs, either agency-side or in-house
- Experience managing multiple communications workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- An understanding of fintech, technology, financial services or adjacent sectors
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality content across a variety of formats
- Experience working with PR agencies and managing relationships effectively
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and supporting executive communications activity
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects moving forward
- Experience monitoring and reporting on media coverage using tools such as Onclusive, Signal AI or similar platforms is desirable
- Experience supporting both external and internal communications activity would be advantageous
- International communications experience, particularly across European markets, would be beneficial
- A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to operate independently and bring ideas forward
