Let’s transform banking forever

ClearBank is built on the belief that banking infrastructure shouldn’t slow down progress. Quite the opposite. Speed it up and that’s when you unlock potential. When you really start to innovate.

That spirit and ‘can-do’ attitude is why our clients – from FinTech's and crypto platforms, to banks and credit unions – choose to use our API to power their banking infrastructure.

But it’s our people who are the stars here. They power that innovation, push harder to break boundaries. They make coming to work (or working from home) fun. They’re the ones we trust to catapult our clients to success. Just as they trust us to build a business that’s always striding forward.

What you can expect:

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience for candidates and keeping our Talent Acquisition operations running smoothly. You’ll coordinate interviews, maintain accurate information in Ashby and support the production of regular Talent Acquisition reporting. You’ll also work with colleagues across Talent to support supplier administration and help organise our monthly induction for new joiners.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy environment, cares about getting the details right and wants every interaction with ClearBank to leave a positive impression.

Your role includes:

  • Complete the day-to-day administration of Ashby, maintaining accurate and complete candidate, vacancy and recruitment information to support reliable reporting and compliant hiring processes.

  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate and interviewer communication and availability to create a timely, organised and professional experience.

  • Welcome and support candidates attending interviews at the ClearBank office, particularly senior candidates, creating a positive and professional first impression.

  • Monitor recruitment activity and data quality in Ashby, identifying missing, inaccurate or outdated information and working with recruiters to resolve issues promptly.

  • Produce accurate weekly Talent Acquisition dashboards and insights, providing clear visibility of recruitment activity and data to the Talent Acquisition Lead.

  • Support wider Talent operations, including supplier onboarding and offboarding for the Head of Talent and the organisation of monthly new-joiner induction with the Talent Development Manager.

  • Identify opportunities to improve Talent Acquisition coordination and administration, suggesting practical ways to make processes simpler, clearer and more effective.

What does success in this role look like:

  • Ashby contains accurate, complete and dependable recruitment information that the Talent Acquisition team can confidently use for reporting and decision-making.

  • Candidates experience organised, timely and thoughtful communication throughout interview coordination and when visiting the ClearBank office.

  • Interviews are coordinated effectively across stakeholders and time zones, with scheduling problems identified and resolved promptly.

  • Weekly Talent Acquisition dashboards are produced accurately and consistently, giving the Talent Acquisition Lead clear visibility of recruitment activity.

  • Supplier administration and monthly induction coordination are organised and reliable, with the relevant stakeholders kept informed.

What you’ll bring:

To excel in this role, you’ll also need:

  • Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or similar role, with hands-on experience supporting interview scheduling, candidate administration and day-to-day recruitment processes.

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple interviews, activities and competing priorities.

  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with recruitment systems, schedules, reports and confidential information.

  • Confidence communicating with candidates and colleagues at different levels of seniority.

  • The ability to use digital systems effectively and learn new technology and processes quickly.

  • A methodical approach to maintaining accurate records and identifying missing or inconsistent information.

  • The ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, follow agreed processes and ask for support when needed.
