- Leading data analysis for annual and mid-year reward review processes, including data preparation, modelling, quality assurance, reconciliation and final output validation;
- Delivering robust market benchmarking and pay analysis, ensuring accurate job matching, comparison of internal and external data, and clear interpretation of findings;
- Monitoring reward outcomes through analysis of pay positioning, pay progression, incentive outcomes and equity data, identifying anomalies, risks and trends that require action;
- Maintaining reliable reward datasets and reporting processes, including data definitions, documentation, version control and reconciliation across source systems and third-party providers;
- Driving automation and continuous improvement in reward reporting and data processes, including embedding the Dayforce Compensation Module and reducing manual data handling;

- Providing analytical support for complex reward projects, including incentive and equity programmes, levelling frameworks, reward governance improvements and changes to reward practices;
- Acting as a subject matter expert on reward data and analysis, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues to build capability in data accuracy, controls and insight generation.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in reward analysis, compensation data or a related analytical role.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with proven experience of working with large and complex datasets and translating analysis into practical recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong track record of producing accurate, controlled and well-documented data outputs.
- Advanced Excel capability, including complex formulas, data validation, reconciliation, modelling and the efficient analysis of large datasets.
- Experience with reporting or visualisation tools would be advantageous.
- Experience of reward benchmarking, pay review modelling, incentive analysis and the interpretation of market data.
- A strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality checks, audit trails, version control, confidentiality and the secure handling of sensitive employee information.
- Ability to identify data anomalies, investigate root causes and work across teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to distil complex reward and data findings into concise reports, clear visual outputs and decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Strong planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and analytical projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to challenge data quality, explain analytical findings and promote consistent reward data practices across the People Team.
