The predicted salary is between 50000 - 60000 € per year.
You will join the Commercial Finance team as a Reporting and Financial Planning Analyst covering maternity leave on a 10‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work with senior leaders across all departments of the Bank and with the Finance team to deliver on the bank’s strategy. The team is responsible for the compilation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Consolidated group performance production and tracking.
- Produce consolidated monthly P&L, BS and cash‑flow plans (forecasts, budgets, investor support, investor packs, board decks) for Exco, Board and Investor for UK, EUR, HoldCo and Group.
- Support and produce ad‑hoc investor requests and views.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end reforecasting, budget and 5‑year planning process.
- Produce and monitor KPIs.
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with Finance, Regulatory, Treasury and Risk teams, as well as the executive committee.
- Manage investor support.
- Input into FP&A optimisation - work with the Developer and Finance Change teams to implement new systems and tools to automate and streamline the planning process.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant preferred.
- Experience in a banking or financial services environment with a good understanding of UK and European regulation and the PRA/FCA regulatory framework.
- Previous experience in an FP&A role or a similar performance or analytics‑focused role.
- Motivated, proactive, and a self‑starter who wants to make a difference.
- Willingness to improve processes and procedures with excellent attention to detail.
- Resilience and ability to deliver under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and liaise with stakeholders across the business at all levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
