We are looking for an individual to join our Operations Team based out of our 22,000 sq ft facility in Aston, Birmingham. This is a demanding and exciting role for the right person which involves looking after a number of field teams and planning complex and on demand routes to maximise efficiency for the business and customers. You must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be a great communicator - verbally, on the phone and through online chat channels. As a tech led business you must be proficient at using technology.

We turnover over £24m and complete over 1,000 jobs per day. Clearabee is carbon neutral having planted over 43,000 trees in the UK since 2018 and we have invested heavily in our in-house software engineering capability. Requirements:

  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and think independently
  • High level of efficiency using a computer and technology products
  • Ability to be flexible with some early starts and one in two Saturday (day off in lieu)

This role is based out of our Aston facility (B7 6EU). Facilities are Grade A office with a large fitout underway ensuring best in class on site facilities are available. You may be required on occasion to work from our Head Office in the city centre (B3).
