We are currently recruiting for multiple experienced Commercial Managers to support major infrastructure and rail programmes. These roles will focus on cost assurance, contract management, and commercial governance within complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cost verification and assurance activities across project delivery
  • Manage AfP processes including template updates, KPI assessment, calculation, and incentivisation
  • Deliver detailed cost reporting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
  • Review, analyse, and challenge supplier costs to ensure accuracy and value
  • Administer contracts with a strong focus on NEC3/NEC4, ensuring compliance and commercial protection
  • Manage CEMAR processes, including drafting communications, PICDs, and maintaining contractual response timelines
  • Support governance requirements, including preparation of change papers and audit actions
  • Collaborate with consultants and project teams to close out formal audit findings
  • Engage with stakeholders across all levels to drive successful commercial outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial management experience within infrastructure, construction, or rail
  • Strong expertise in cost verification, assurance, and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Must have the right to work within the UK or permanent residency
