Pre-Construction Manager – Data Centre Project

We are looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager for a project in Doncaster.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in mechanical & electrical engineering or construction management, ideally with data centre or mission critical facility exposure.
  • Very good stakeholder, communication, negotiation skills: with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers.
  • Excellent project planning and scheduling skills. Comfortable with risk planning, regulatory/permitting processes.
  • Commercial acumen: understanding budgets, profitability, contracts.
