A leading engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise-level electronic security systems on a major life sciences campus development in Oxford. The project includes cutting-edge laboratories, research facilities and collaborative spaces, with a fully integrated security solution across the site including:
- IP CCTV
- Access Control
- Video Management Systems

The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the engineering, installation and delivery of large-scale security systems, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the delivery of enterprise-scale electronic security systems
- Coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
- Managing project controls, installation quality and programme
- Producing RAMS, reports and technical documentation
- Ensuring HáS compliance and security standards
- Driving successful commissioning and handover
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering electronic security projects
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of BSEN, NSI and HáS regulations
- Experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder systems
- VMS platforms such as Milestone
- Understanding of IP networks and ELV systems
