London - Remote/Hybrid Working
~£130,000 base salary + 100% OTE (£260k total)

Key Responsibilities- Own and exceed ambitious multi-million-pound revenue targets.
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy targeting Facilities Management providers, managing agents, landlords, and commercial real estate portfolios.
- Personally hunt and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Build, lead and scale a high-performing sales team as the business grows.
- Establish trusted relationships with C-suite leaders across FM, property, and asset management organisations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation through to contract signature and account expansion.
- Work closely with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to accelerate market adoption.
- We are looking for a high-energy, commercially driven sales leader who thrives on winning.
- You will likely come from a smart buildings, IoT, proptech, FM technology, or AI SaaS background, and already have strong relationships across the built environment sector.
- Proven success as a Sales Director / Head of Sales in smart buildings, IoT, FM technology, or AI-driven SaaS.
- Track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets and closing large enterprise deals.
- Strong network across facilities management, property ownership, or commercial real estate organisations.
- Experience selling predictive maintenance, energy optimisation, or building intelligence platforms.
- Deep understanding of the smart buildings ecosystem including BMS, CAFM, MEP systems, and building lifecycle management.
